Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Grand Rapids East, MI

We stayed here a couple weeks ago. The rooms were very nice. Very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a pretty nice continental breakfast. Right off the highway. Making it easy to get to. Hands down the best hotel we've stayed at in Grand Rapids. Only complaint is the hot tub seemed like it had to much chlorine. Other then that very nice place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for three nights for my daughter‘s wedding weekend. We booked a suite for the first night, and the hotel was very accommodating, letting us have a late check out so that we could continue getting ready uninterrupted, before moving over to a regular room for the second and third nights. Stephanie at the front desk was exceptional. Very welcoming, accommodating and helpful! Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again, next time we’re in the area.

Where do I even start! This hotel and staff exceeded my expectations. Starting with Stephanie, who helped accommodate our room needs. I dont think I have ever met a kinder, more personable hotel staff. The housekeeping staff were also so friendly and caring. Well done on your staffing! Before we even got there, Stephanie was so helpful, and when we arrived she was there to welcome us and was so lovely. The rooms were extremely spacious and clean. The breakfast was nice, and the tea and coffee in the lobby was very much appreciated! The location was perfect for what we needed. This hotel sets a high standard, and was the perfect base location for my sister's wedding weekend. Thank you thank you!!

Great location to easily access surrounding areas. Close proximity to the airport makes commuting there a dream. Rooms are very clean. Good water pressure and very nice bathrooms. Well maintained and has been updated. Big breakfast spread, including coffee and hot and cold breakfast options. Ice on every floor. Pool and amenities.

Overall, happy with our stay. The hotel is nice and seemed pretty clean too. It has a nice vibe and the staff is friendly. I would stay here again. My one complaint would be the rooms are VERY heavily scented. Like borderline unbearable, smells like a perfume bomb went off. That was hard to handle and had to try to "air the room out" so I could breathe easier. The breakfast was nice for my husband, but I was surprised at the lack of gluten free options. Even just individual yogurt cups would be better than nothing.

Wanted to stay near FMG, took a chance on Country Inn & Suites and was not disappointed. The lobby was clean and the staff were friendly, and who doesn’t love fresh coffee & cookies after a long day on the road? Our room on the third floor looked out at Beltline and 96, and while we could see lots of traffic we heard nothing of it. In fact, we were pleasantly surprised at the quietness of the room overall. It was a very clean, comfortable stay. Bonus: the door to the room doesn’t make a sound when it closes behind you. This means you don’t have to hear anyone else go in or out of their rooms nearby either.

Staff is very Friendly and Welcoming. Location and Rooms Clean, Neat and well Stocked. Breakfast Enjoyable and a Good Variety, and 24hr Snacks and Coffee/Tea/Hot Chocolate always available. Location allows for many interests within 10 minutes in all directions.

Hotel was nice enough. Great spread for breakfast. Easy to get too. Loud traffic noise 24/7 as you're close to freeway. Mattresses are cheaper spring coil which is surprising in today's world so if you have back issues they won't be great. Room was nice sized and clean. Check in person was very friendly.
